Job Summary

The Project Manager III is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex Network and Security implementations for CBG customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Projects may include SD-WAN, SASE, Managed Security Services, Firewall, EDR/MDR, Network Transformation, and other technology solutions.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership
  • Lead multiple complex customer implementations simultaneously.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Drive projects from kickoff through implementation, activation, and transition to support.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary customer-facing project lead.
  • Facilitate status meetings and executive reviews.
  • Manage customer expectations and drive accountability across teams.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively manage dependencies and escalations.
  • Drive issue resolution across engineering, operations, security, procurement, and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain accurate RAID documentation.
Communication & Reporting
  • Provide clear and concise project updates.
  • Present project status to customers and executive leadership.
  • Escalate concerns appropriately while proposing recommended solutions.
  • Ensure project documentation remains current and accurate.
Financial & Operational Management
  • Monitor project health, milestones, and delivery metrics.
  • Track scope changes and customer impacts.
  • Support billing readiness and revenue realization activities.
  • Ensure adherence to operational processes and governance requirements.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $75,152.18 - $124,001.10Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
