Their duties include identifying customer needs, explaining product benefits, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. Sales reps may work in retail locations, door-to-door, over the phone, or at events, and often have sales targets or quotas to meet. They also stay informed about the latest Comcast offerings and promotions to best serve their customers.

Comcast Sales Representatives often face challenges such as navigating a highly competitive market, addressing customer objections, and keeping up with evolving product offerings. Building trust with potential customers can require persistence, especially when dealing with customers who have had negative past experiences with telecom providers.
