DataBee provides cyber risk management solutions, focused on Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) and cyber risk reporting aligned to NIST, CIS, and PCI. We help large enterprises move from manual reporting to continuous, defensible, and repeatable metrics and AI-powered insights so teams can act faster to address gaps that reduce cyber risk.
DataBee is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to support regional marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role is focused on event execution, regional program support, and partner marketing activities that align with sales priorities. It also analyzes market and program data, translates business goals into actionable insights, and contributes to measuring marketing effectiveness and optimizing programs in support of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manageend-to-endexecution of field and channel marketing programs, including regional events, partner activities, and campaigns

  • Coordinate eventlogistics,promotional swag,timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure strong program delivery

  • Assistwith regional program planning and sales alignment to support pipeline and market engagement goals

  • Research, draft, and update marketing content and materials that support events, campaigns, and partner initiatives

  • Support lead capture, handoff, and follow-up from events and campaigns

  • Contribute to measuring marketing effectiveness and improving programs over time

  • Supportotherteam members and collaborate across sales, marketing, and partner teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in field marketing, event marketing, or campaign management

  • Knowledge of managing industry events and regional marketing programs

  • Strong collaboration with sales teams and understanding of pipeline dynamics

  • Experience with lead management processes and marketing automation platforms

  • Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills

  • Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and optimize programs

  • Demonstrates an engaging and personable communication style, with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

  • Able to travel to regional events, as needed(roughly 25%)
