Job description

OTO is expanding throughout the United States and is actively building a network of skilled technicians for ongoing commercial and telecommunications projects.

We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in:

  • Low Voltage Installation
  • Structured Cabling
  • Fiber Optic Installation & Splicing
  • CCTV & Video Surveillance
  • Access Control Systems
  • Burglar Alarm Systems
  • Network Infrastructure
  • Telecommunications & OSP Construction

Compensation

$30 - $60+ per hour

Compensation is based on experience, certifications, tools, and scope of work.

Travel opportunities and project-based bonuses available.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing and terminating copper and fiber cabling
  • Installing CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems
  • Reading prints and project documentation
  • Performing service calls and troubleshooting
  • Submitting photos and closeout documentation
  • Communicating professionally with clients and project managers

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of field experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic hand and power tools
  • Laptop and smartphone
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with commercial environments
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
  • Fiber, surveillance, or access control certifications are a plus
