  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track project schedules, documentation, risks, action items, and status updates while communicating progress to stakeholders.

  • Manage monthly certificate renewals, maintenance agreements, and service renewals to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate facility-related operational requests and internal communications as needed.
  • Develop and maintain organized project documentation, reporting, and project tracking tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Utilize technology and AI tools to improve organization, reporting, communication, and overall project execution.

Project Coordinator Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience working with telecommunications carriers, telecom operations, carrier account management, or IT/telecommunications projects strongly preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with carriers such as AT&T, Lumen, Spectrum, Cox, Verizon, Comcast, or similar providers highly desired.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
