**Exciting Opportunity for an RN in Women's Services - Nights** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional care in Women's Services. - Engage in diverse responsibilities including: - Performing plan of care interventions - Administering medications and collecting specimens - Implementing clinical treatments and medical care - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively - Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as: - Personal hygiene - Nutrition and ambulation - Collaborate across disciplines to ensure smooth patient care coordination, including: - Patient transfer - Discharge planning - Referral processes - Spiritual and psychosocial support - Evaluate learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education based on: - Age - Culture - Condition - Circumstances - Serve as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients - Circulate during C-Sections, attending deliveries and assisting physicians - Follow protocols for the recovery and care of surgical patients - Assess neonates post-delivery at the neonatal station in the C-Section suite - Maintain credentials with required certifications: - ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, & AWHONN (must be attached to submission) - Hold an active Alabama RN or multi-state RN license (must be attached to resume) - Bring 2 years of recent experience in: - RN Level 1 Nursery - Postpartum - OB/GYN - Labor & Delivery / LDRP - Experience can include: - OB/GYN post-op hysterectomy care - Antepartum and Triage care - Labor and Delivery care - Postpartum care **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
