Job description

HUMINT Targeting Specialist

The Opportunity:

It takes a skilled intelligence expert to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. To support the critical decisions made in the Department of War (DoW) every day, we need a HUMINT Targeting Specialist like you to do just that.

At Booz Allen, you'll use your personal experience, training, certifications, and good judgment to build solutions in support of critical DoW collection priorities. As a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, you'll bring your targeting and analytical expertise to directly improve critical operational outcomes for our Defense mission clients. You'll be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings that have a direct impact on the ability of our warfighters andpolicymakers to advance the defense interests of the United States.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting

  • Experience with computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX

  • Experience writing Cables

  • Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC

  • Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with targeting or 10+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level

  • Experience with specialized training such as SIGINT or Open Source Research

  • Experience navigating complex mission sets with both DoW and non-DoW Federal Departments and Agencies

  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
