Position: Flex Color Expert
Status: Part Time-Minimum 15 hours per month on peak days(Sat-Sun)

The Role
As aFlexColor Expert youwill help contribute to afun, inclusive and creative atmospherethat both guests and employees will all want to be a part of.

The salary range for this positionis$15.50 - $16.50per hourAAAPLUS TIPSAAAbased upon store location.Most roles earnanadditional$10 - $12perhourintips.*

Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong background in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • An eye and passion for all things artistry and color!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Someone who leads by example with apositive,can-do attitude and generous spirit, always goingabove and beyondfor both guests and team members
  • Open weekend availability(including holidays)
  • Comfortable working in front of and with multiple guests throughout theservice experience
  • This role requires the ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift, occasionally lift and carry objects weighing 10-50 pounds, and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching both overhead and below shoulder level.

  • Provide unique,entertainingand exceptionalguest experiences from beginning to end, including confirming reservations, welcoming guests, completing reservationsin a timely mannerand encouraging guests to capture moments and share on social media
  • Follow allLip Labstandards, operatingpracticesand GMP guidelinesat all times
  • Work closely with Store Manager, Leads and the rest of the team to ensure a positive,collaborativeand inclusivestore environment
  • Work within a diverse team
  • Always represent Lip Lab witha high levelof professional conduct, leading and embodying both Kendo and Lip Lab Values and Principles
