Job description

As a Quality Control Color Shader, you will provide a high level of accuracy in color shading for automotive paints. This is an onsite job in Cleveland, OH working on 3rd shift.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Data entry into color portal and quality database
  • Customer communication
  • Preparing pre-ship samples for customers
  • Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color shading
  • Shading in-process batches to meet customer specifications
  • Facilitate batch approval process

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 2+ years of experience with color including understanding color theory, color perception, and
  • color management principles
  • Must be proficient with in using color management instruments and software for color analysis
  • and shading
  • Familiarity with various color shading tools and techniques is required

The base salary range for this position is $57,200 to $65,000.
