As an Associate Sales Analyst your goal is to support the sales organization by developing and maintaining dashboards, reporting, and analytics that deliver business insights for decision-making and performance management. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Sales Analyst on recurring sales reporting, trend analysis, and CRM data integrity; as well as serve as a supporting analytics resource for Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations. #LI-MD1 #LI-Hybrid

You will do this by:

  • Assisting in developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide visibility into sales performance and market trends
  • Supporting preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting and business reviews to assist leadership in assessing performance
  • Reviewing sales results, pricing, and customer data to identify baseline trends and provide visibility into performance risks
  • Maintaining CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy to support process consistency and system adoption
  • Partnering with the Senior Sales Analyst and cross functional departments to build executive presentations and process documents for forecasting and annual planning cycles
  • Adopting AI tools to enhance sales analytics, reporting and strategic decision-making while optimizing overall operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Analytics, Data Science or related field OR equivalent education and experience
  • Related experience (including internships) in sales analytics, business intelligence, reporting and/or sales operations
  • Exposure to building dashboards, reports, or presentations with familiarity in CRM systems and data governance
  • Experience OR interest in consumer products and manufacturing preferred
  • Foundational experience in analytical modeling and dashboard development, and Google Workspace (Sheets & Slides)
  • Curiosity to learn DOMO,  generative AI tools, and workflow automation platforms
  • Certification(s) in Domo or other business intelligence platforms, or willingness to obtain
  • Google AI Essentials certification or coding bootcamp completion preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, problem solve and maintain high attention to detail  in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly across the organization to build cross functional partnerships with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations
  • Fluency in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
