The Senior Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing enterprise applications used by the firm's administrative departments, including Finance, Conflicts, Legal, and Compliance. This role is responsible for driving the design, implementation, and support of business systems and integrations that improve efficiency, enable automation, and align with organizational needs.

The Senior Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and takes ownership of complex initiatives-from process analysis and solution design to delivery and ongoing support. This role is also instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our Intapp Open cloud system-using workflows and forms to support the front end, and Intapp Integration Services (IIS)/ Boomi to maintain and optimize integrations.

The position involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, and may include mentoring junior analysts and contributing to best practices across the team.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of business processes and system needs across Finance, Conflicts, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Serve as a lead analyst on mid-to-large projects, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Analyze and improve business workflows through automation, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Design and maintain solutions using Intapp Integration Services (IIS)/Boomi and Power Automate
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements, recommend improvements, and ensure technical alignment.
  • Provide second-tier application support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in team based on-call support coverage
  • Document system designs, configuration, workflows, and support processes.
  • Share knowledge and mentor other team members on tools, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of substantive relevant experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred.
  • An ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise business systems.
  • Prior experience in professional services or legal industry preferred.
  • Experience working with Finance, Conflicts, Legal, Compliance or other administrative departments preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to diagnose issues across systems and recommend/implement solutions.
  • Solid understanding of process improvement and system design methodologies.
  • Experience with Intapp products (Time, Walls, and Open), and Intapp Integration Services (IIS)/Boomi required - experience with Elite - 3E a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as Professional Integration Developer and Associate Integration Developer Certifications from Boomi are a plus.
  • Experience with C# and familiarity with APIs and integration frameworks a plus.
  • Strong experience with SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms like Power Automate and other modern automation tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile project methods and system change management practices.
  • Understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy considerations.
  • An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $135,000-$155,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
