Job description

Come Join Our Team at Colonial Corrals in Wrentham MA!

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Metal Shop Fabrication Manager to lead our dynamic team of metal fabricators. As the Metal Shop Fabrication Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production & Installation of Agricultural Products around New England for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the metal fabrication shop
  • Supervise and mentor a team of skilled metal fabricators
  • Coordinate with the sales and design teams to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the fabrication process
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols in the shop
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in metal fabrication and welding - 5 Years
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills - 5 Years
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities / ability to move in a fast paced environment
  • Team Player that is looking for a leading role in an Agricultural Company and willing to jump in to help and get your hands dirty.
  • Must be willing to travel around New England to jobsites with crews to help expedite installs
