Team members report to our central Colonial Heights location each morning before heading to the day's job sites.As our HVAC Installer - Ductwork Installation Tech, you'll install top-tier heating and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. You'll be hands-on with furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork-setting up refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and performing final testing to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll communicate with customers, answer questions, and leave every job cleaner than you found it. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with other installers, techs, and electricians, keeping detailed notes and reporting material needs.DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experienceExperience with communicating systemsValid driver's licenseHaving high proficiency in sheet metal ductwork fabrication is preferred.
