The Colonial Group is a leading executive recruiting firm with over 20 years of experience partnering with top U.S. manufacturers to solve critical staffing needs. We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The Recruiter will support full lifecycle recruiting efforts, working closely with Project Managers to identify, attract, and place top talent across a variety of industries and roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through placement
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop job descriptions, screening criteria, and recruiting strategies
  • Identify and implement effective sourcing methods based on role and industry
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client needs
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
  • Coach candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with offer negotiations including compensation and start dates
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Willingness to learn applicant tracking systems (ATS experience a plus)
  • Ability to work onsite: Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Fri 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
