Job description

Company Overview: Xclusive Auto Collision And Wraps specializes in collision repair, auto body painting, vehicle wraps, paint protection film installation, vehicle restoration, and custom auto accessory and wrap services. The company prioritizes craftsmanship, quality repairs, customization, and a high standard of customer service.

Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking collision repair, painting, wraps, or custom work. You will guide customers through the intake, scheduling, and support process, ensuring their experience is smooth and professional, and representing Xclusive’s commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers (in person and by phone), respond to inquiries about repair, wrap, painting, restoration and customization services.

· Explain service options (collision repair, auto painting, wraps, paint protection film, custom work, restoration) clearly and help customers select what meets their needs.

· Schedule appointments for inspections, repairs, paint jobs, wraps, or restoration services; manage calendar and job queue.

· Collect vehicle details, customer information, and record customer requests and damage descriptions accurately.

· Maintain open communication with customers regarding their job status, projected timelines, and pickup details.

· Coordinate with technicians and shop management to ensure smooth handoff, and follow up for customer satisfaction.

· Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area; manage administrative tasks (filing, phone messages, follow-ups).

Requirements

· Prior experience in customer service, front-desk, or administrative role — ideally in auto repair or related industry (preferred but not strictly required).

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Comfortable learning about auto-body, collision repair, painting, wraps, and customization services.

· Professional, friendly demeanor, patient, customer-focused, and reliable attendance.
Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking required
