Job description

What to Expect The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Customer Service Representative to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Internal Collision Center in all aspects of its Authorized Collision Program.

  • Work scheduling maintenance
  • Vehicle arrival preparation
  • Customer communication and expectations
  • Rental coordination and hand off
  • Vehicle status updates
  • Material and supplies reordering
  • Repair review and delivery

What You'll Bring
  • Strong customer-oriented approach with clients and coworkers
  • Must be willing to train others
  • Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
  • Microsoft Office experience, preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions
  • Account receivable experience is a plus

Expected Compensation
  • Customer Service Representative I - $17.48 - $26.22/hour
  • Customer Service Representative II - $19.00 - $28.50/hour
  • Customer Service Representative III - $21.28 - $31.92/hour
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
