As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic interventions, including:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for couples and families, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.
• Offering therapy sessions both individually and as a couple or family unit, building rapport and trust with each client.
• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, and communication difficulties.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing, growth, and improved familial dynamics.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of clinical sessions, treatment plans, and client progress.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients with overlapping medical and psychological needs.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, including adults and adolescents. You will play a critical role in addressing mental health challenges such as relational conflicts, transitional life phases (e.g., separation and divorce), and blended family issues. To fulfill this role successfully, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active LMFT license in the state of Georgia.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate therapeutic relationships.
