In your capacity as a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique circumstances.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring practical and effective support.
• Utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, customized to the needs of the client.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive, holistic care for all clients.
• Maintaining detailed, accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, while ensuring the confidentiality of client information.
• Engaging in continuous professional development, including participation in workshops, trainings, and conferences to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health.

You will be working with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs will be instrumental in promoting positive outcomes and helping clients navigate their emotional journeys.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, with a preference for those who have worked in clinical environments.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related software for client management.

Preferred candidates will have specialized knowledge in areas such as family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling, which enhances our capacity to address a variety of client needs effectively. For this full-time LPC position, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
