This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing excellent outpatient services. You will work in a supportive environment where counselors collaborate virtually to ensure each client receives the best therapeutic care. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate smooth communications and client management, including electronic medical record (EMR) systems for optimal workflow.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to inform tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to address specific client needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records while complying with all ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and attending workshops relevant to mental health practices.
• Engage in continuous client engagement through regular follow-up and support, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly and ethically.

Your role will involve working with a diverse populace, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our team focuses on creating personalized strategies that empower clients and foster resilience, enabling them to overcome obstacles in their mental health journey.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of active counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations in counseling practice.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Competence in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies for client management and documentation.

• Specialization in areas including trauma-informed care, substance abuse recovery, family dynamics, or couples counseling is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary settings.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
