Catalyst for Educational Change is a national nonprofit working to be the catalyst for collective solutions and innovation across educational environments. We partner with schools, systems, and leaders to generate long-term, sustainable solutions that improve outcomes for students—particularly in communities where change is most needed. This role is an opportunity to: Build meaningful relationships with donors who want to invest in lasting, systemic change in education Help tell a compelling, forward-looking story about how schools and systems can improve at scale Work closely with leadership to shape and grow a national major gift strategy Support the expansion of CEC’s work into new regions and broader impact efforts Play a key role in positioning CEC as a partner of choice for long-term educational solutions We are looking for someone who is relationship-driven, strategic, and motivated by impact.
