Position Details

  • Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour+
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm | 1 day a week 10am-7pm
  • Location: Onsite – Johnson City, TN
  • Position: Temp-to-Hire
  • Start: Immediate hiring need

What You'll Do

As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you’ll work directly with customers to manage past-due accounts, discuss payment options, and help resolve delinquent balances.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting customers regarding past-due loan accounts by phone, email, and written communication
  • Discussing and negotiating payment arrangements
  • Helping customers resolve delinquent accounts
  • Documenting collection activity accurately in company systems
  • Monitoring account status and following up on outstanding balances
  • Answering customer questions and researching account information
  • Meeting established collection goals, productivity standards, and performance metrics
  • Using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal systems
  • Maintaining professionalism and following company policies and applicable regulations
  • Working closely with the team and management to meet department goals
