Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Consultant to support healthcare billing and revenue management initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, enhancing, and supporting Oracle ORMB solutions that enable accurate billing, payment processing, collections, and financial transactions across healthcare business operations. ORMB Configuration & Integration Experience Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, and support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) applications. Analyze healthcare billing requirements and translate business needs into scalable ORMB solutions. Design and implement billing, payment, collections, adjustments, and account management processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to optimize revenue cycle operations. Support integrations between ORMB and upstream/downstream systems including enrollment, claims, finance, and customer service platforms. Develop and execute system testing, defect resolution, and production support activities. Participate in data conversion, system upgrades, and enhancement projects. Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations, operational standards, and internal controls. Create technical and functional documentation for configurations, business processes, and support procedures. Required Skills 10+ years of Oracle application experience with strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). Strong understanding of: Billing and invoicing Payment processing Revenue management Collections and adjustments Customer account management Experience with ORMB configuration, business rules, algorithms, and integrations. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience within large healthcare organizations or health plans. Knowledge of member billing, premium billing, provider billing, or healthcare revenue cycle processes.
