Join Carsonโ€™s Credit & Collections Team

Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and values collaboration? Carson is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Collections & Credit Advisor (Credit Analyst). Inย this role, youโ€™ll be the bridge between our internal sales teams and external customers helping to manage credit terms, resolve payment issues, and assess financial risk with confidence and care.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with internal sales teams and external customers.
  • Monitor and manage customer credit agreements and payment activity.
  • Investigate and resolve payment disputes and trends.
  • Assess credit risk and recommend solutions to Underwriting team.
  • Negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts.
  • Hit monthly goals across B2B and B2C portfolios.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support team operations with administrative tasks and special projects.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in credit and collections.
  • Solid understanding of credit principles and collection strategies.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
  • Strong communication skillsโ€”both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship-building.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • NACM designation highly desired, but not required
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen (including marijuana)
