We are seeking a Collections/Foreclosure Paralegal to become a part of our team! 


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with client representatives
  • Verify property owner information
  • Calculate balances and amounts owed
  • Prepare collection demand letters
  • Prepare claims of lien
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing foreclosure pleadings
  • Monitor and advance pending foreclosure actions
  • Communicate with debtors and clients to resolve disputes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a community association collections/foreclosure paralegal
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to use computers and software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
