Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Collections Specialist I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable balances.
Responsibilities: - Collections via phone, text, email, or other company-approved means. - Maintain accurate records of all collection activities - Meet or exceed monthly collection goals - Process, record, and apply incoming payments - Assist with billing and invoicing functions - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve customer disputes - Handling customer inquiries - Other duties as assigned
