What You'll Be Working On

  • Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.
  • Buildingmeaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
  • Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

The Physical Side of the Role

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
  • Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
