Job description

GDCC is one of the largest global data collection companies for Market Research. We’re currently hiring Work-from-Home Telephonic Research Interviewers for our day shift team at GDCC West.

In this role, you’ll conduct outbound calls to businesses across the U.S. to complete confidential market research interviews. No sales, no fundraising—just professional research conversations.

This position is ideal for college students, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible part-time remote work to earn extra income. Online training provided for qualified candidates, followed by a one-day Project Briefing class designed for new hires, where you'll work with an instructor, receive live guidance, and make your first live calls.

What You'll Need

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace (no background noise)
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills
  • Must reside in the United States (some state restrictions may apply)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (Form I-9 required)
  • Experience:
    • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred, not required)
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Available to work at least 14 hours a week
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
