Job Description

The Director, Integrated & Performance Marketing leads Auberge Collection's global performance marketing strategy, digital go-to-market activation, and marketing governance across both the corporate brand and the portfolio.

This role is responsible for maximizing marketing performance while evolving the operating model that enables regional and property teams to execute best-in-class digital marketing with the support, standards, tools, and strategic guidance of the global marketing organization.

Working cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Digital Product, CRM, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, Regional Marketing, Property Marketing, and agency partners, this leader ensures marketing investments are coordinated, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.

The ideal candidate combines deep performance marketing expertise with exceptional operational leadership, bringing structure, governance, and innovation to a fast-growing global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Leadership

  • Own Auberge Collection's global performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, metasearch, display, programmatic, video, and emerging channels.

  • Lead media planning, optimization, measurement, and investment strategy with our agency partners to maximize commercial performance and return on marketing investment.

  • Drive continuous testing, innovation, and optimization across acquisition channels.

Digital Go-to-Market Activation

  • Lead digital go-to-market planning and activation for corporate marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate execution across Brand, Creative, Digital Product, CRM, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and agency partners to ensure seamless launches.

  • Partner with Digital Product and Innovation teams to bring new digital capabilities to market and ensure marketing strategies evolve alongside customer experiences.

  • Champion emerging technologies, including generative AI, agentic experiences, and evolving LLM/AI-powered search, to strengthen digital acquisition, engagement, and operational effectiveness.

Regional & Property Marketing Governance

  • Define and evolve Auberge Collection's global performance marketing operating model.

  • Establish governance, playbooks, standards, and best practices that enable regional and property teams while maintaining enterprise consistency.

  • Standardize planning, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization processes across the portfolio.

  • Build scalable workflows that improve collaboration between corporate, regional, property, and agency teams.

Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead relationships with media agencies and strategic marketing partners, establishing clear performance expectations and accountability.

  • Serve as the cross-functional leader connecting Marketing, Digital Product, Commercial, and Operations to deliver integrated campaigns and business outcomes.

  • Develop organizational capabilities through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing across the portfolio.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Own marketing measurement, attribution, reporting, and performance optimization frameworks.

  • Translate data into actionable business insights that improve investment decisions and commercial outcomes.

  • Evaluate emerging measurement approaches across traditional search, AI-powered discovery, and evolving digital acquisition channels.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience leading performance marketing, integrated marketing, or digital strategy within a complex, multi-brand or multi-location organization.

  • Proven success managing agency partnerships, large-scale media investments, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

  • Experience building marketing operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable processes across distributed teams.

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational leadership skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

  • Hospitality, luxury, travel, or consumer lifestyle experience preferred.

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled marketing capabilities and modern digital marketing technologies is strongly preferred.

Additional Information

This role offers a base salary range of $175,000-$200,000 plus a comprehensive medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits, 401k employer match, employer paid life insurance, employee assistance program and a team member hotel stay program.
