Requires US Citizenship Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies or related field Job Description: The Contractor shall provide Collections Management Analysis services that include expert level proficiency in collection management systems, at the regimental level or higher. The Contractor must possess operating experience using CRATE, COLISEUM, PRISM, GIMS, UNICORN, MATS and MKG. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Contractor shall transcribe MARCENT intelligence requirements into collection requirements, establish priorities, coordinate or task the appropriate collection sources/agencies, and monitor results. * Contractor shall monitor, manage, and report on the status of MARCENT's subordinate Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) collection requests. * Contractor shall leverage joint and national collection resources in support of the MAGTF, assist in priority elevation for MARCENT and subordinate requirements in theater and in the Joint Task Force (JTF) collection forums, advise on the allocation and task of national, JTF, and other component assets to meet MAGTF requirements, coordinate with adjacent and higher commands and be able to accurately and effectively articulate ISR requirements for MARCENT and subordinate elements Required Qualifications * 8+ years' experience in intelligence collection and/or analysis activities * Five+ years of collection management experience, including two years at the theater or operational level * Thorough understanding of the Joint Collection Management process * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Current passport and be willing to travel and work OCONUS Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies or related field Security Clearance Requirements: * TS/SCI Physical, Work Environment & Conditions: (please update) * Typical office environment: * Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods. * Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels. * Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30-50 pounds. * Manual Dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components. * Must be able to view computer screens for long periods. * Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights. * Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation. * May require walking between different buildings or workstations. * Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users. * May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issues This position description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts or working conditions associated with this job.
