BLUEHAWK is seeking a GEOINT Collection Management Specialist to support mission operations focused on GEOINT collection management, tradecraft implementation, workflow development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the Intelligence Community (IC). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of GEOINT collection processes, the TCPED cycle, and the ability to create clear documentation, SOPs, and training-related materials that support mission execution and operational effectiveness.
This role requires a highly organized and collaborative professional capable of working independently while coordinating with internal stakeholders, mission partners, and external organizations in a dynamic operational environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support GEOINT collection management activities in alignment with Intelligence Community priorities and mission requirements.
  • Develop, define, document, and maintain workflows, SOPs, tradecraft documentation, and operational best practices.
  • Assist with the implementation and refinement of GEOINT tradecraft processes and procedures.
  • Create and maintain professional-quality presentations, visual products, training materials, and multimedia content using Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external mission partners to improve communication, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency.
  • Support initiatives related to GEOINT collection operations, training support, and process improvement efforts.
  • Apply knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process to mission support activities.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting GEOINT collection management activities within the Intelligence Community.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the GEOINT Community, mission focus areas, and collection management structures.
  • Proven experience drafting and documenting workflows, SOPs, operational processes, or best practices.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and/or similar multimedia and presentation tools.
  • Working knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment while adapting to changing priorities and mission requirements.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo and maintain a polygraph.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience performing GEOINT collection operations.
  • Experience developing educational materials, job aids, training documents, videos, or other performance support solutions.
  • Familiarity with GEOINT training methodologies, tradecraft implementation practices, and instructional support.
  • GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F).
  • GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C).
