Job description

Overview BLUEHAWK is seeking a skilled IMINT Analyst - Mid to provide Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analysis supporting critical Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) missions. The selected candidate will conduct imagery exploitation, geospatial analysis, and intelligence production to support operational, strategic, and national-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in GEOINT analysis, intelligence tradecraft, military intelligence operations, and enterprise intelligence integration. This individual will independently produce high-quality intelligence products while collaborating with analysts, collection managers, and Intelligence Community partners to support mission objectives. Location: Government Site (TBD)
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with current SSBI (CI Polygraph preferred if required by the customer)
Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities * Conduct GEOINT and IMINT analysis using national, commercial, and theater imagery collection systems to support intelligence requirements. * Analyze satellite imagery, geospatial data, and other intelligence sources to identify foreign military capabilities, facilities, infrastructure, and operational activities. * Produce timely and accurate intelligence assessments, analytical reports, executive summaries, briefing materials, and multimedia presentations. * Support intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination activities across operational and strategic missions. * Research, analyze, and synthesize multi-source intelligence to support military operations, contingency planning, and national security priorities. * Support enterprise intelligence integration initiatives through data management, governance, and intelligence reporting processes. * Assist with the development and coordination of intelligence products for senior government and military leadership. * Apply Intelligence Community tradecraft standards to ensure analytical accuracy, objectivity, and consistency throughout the intelligence production process. * Coordinate with analysts, collection managers, and Intelligence Community partners to satisfy intelligence requirements and support collaborative analysis. * Participate in cross-community meetings, working groups, and interagency coordination efforts. * Apply metadata management principles and data modeling techniques to support enterprise intelligence integration and governance. * Analyze intelligence trends, assess operational impacts, and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making. * Ensure all intelligence products comply with Army, Department of Defense, National System for GEOINT (NSG), and Intelligence Community policies and standards. * Support special projects, executive taskings, and time-sensitive intelligence requirements as assigned. Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following: * Bachelor's Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, Geospatial Sciences, or a related discipline and 8 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including at least 6 years of current GEOINT analysis experience; OR * High School Diploma/GED with specialized intelligence training and 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including at least 8 years of current GEOINT analysis experience. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, Geospatial Sciences, a related STEM discipline, or equivalent specialized experience. * Excellent written, verbal, research, and analytical communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to manage intelligence requirements, analytical projects, and coordination efforts. * Experience researching, developing, and delivering professional intelligence briefings, multimedia presentations, and written analytical products. * Experience supporting senior leadership through intelligence assessments, special studies, and decision-support products. * Experience with enterprise data integration, governance, intelligence metrics, metadata management, and data modeling concepts. * Strong knowledge of Army organizational structure and defense-level intelligence operations, including: * Intelligence Collection * Intelligence Fusion * Intelligence Analysis * Intelligence Production * Intelligence Dissemination * Experience applying Intelligence Community tradecraft standards throughout the intelligence production lifecycle. * Experience coordinating intelligence activities with analysts and stakeholders across multiple organizations. * Ability to participate in cross-community meetings, working groups, and collaborative intelligence efforts. * Ability to assimilate large volumes of intelligence information and independently produce clear, accurate, and well-supported analytical reports. * Experience working with intelligence databases and enterprise intelligence systems. * Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to support multiple mission priorities simultaneously. * Current active TS/SCI security clearance with a current SSBI. Desired Qualifications * Experience supporting intelligence operations and assisting with expert-level assessments for senior government stakeholders. * Specialized intelligence training from military or Intelligence Community collection and analysis schools. * One or more GEOINT Professional Certifications, including: * GEOINT Professional Certification - Foundations (GPC-F) * GEOINT Professional Certification - Imagery Analysis Level II (GPC-IA II) * GEOINT Professional Certification - Geospatial Analysis Level II (GPC-GA II) * GEOINT Professional Certification - Source Analysis Level II (GPC-IS II) * Equivalent GEOINT certifications * Knowledge of the National System for GEOINT (NSG) and its role within the Intelligence Community. * Experience supporting enterprise GEOINT integration initiatives and multi-agency intelligence collaboration. * Experience briefing military leadership and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
