Job description

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, IL, NY, NI, OH, GA and FL. We are seeking an Collection Manager with three to five years collections experience for our Williamsville, NY office.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage collection staff 15+
  • Assist collection staff with negotiations, escalations
  • Train and development; providing coaching and feedback
  • Focus on client and company directives
  • Assignment of accounts and audits of accounts

What You'll Need:
  • Work harmoniously with other departments or external customers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain records on account activities to be used in monitoring and analyzing credit files
  • Must be knowledgeable of FDCPA
  • At least 3 years managerial experience
  • Strong telephone communication and negotiation abilities
  • Great organization skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish or other language is not required by extremely helpful.
