As a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the service culture and operational excellence of our dining program. You will be responsible for elevating the guest experience through strong team leadership, thoughtful service execution, and a deep commitment to quality and consistency.

You will oversee all aspects of daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across outlets while driving accountability, efficiency, and excellence at every level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team by providing consistent coaching, training, and performance feedback to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Direct and manage day-to-day restaurant and outlet operations, ensuring smooth service flow, operational readiness, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Continuously evaluate service quality, guest feedback, and operational trends, implementing improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and overall performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives including service enhancements, revenue-driving programs, and effective up-selling techniques to maximize profitability.
  • Champion and sustain the culture and values of Auberge Resorts Collection, ensuring they are consistently reflected in every guest and employee interaction.
Qualifications
  • Three years' experience in managing food and beverage operations.
  • Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.
  • Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
  • Aptitude for financial management, financial reports and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
