Job description

The Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch growth, portfolio performance, and profitability through loan production, tax preparation growth, customer retention, and delinquency management in a performance-driven environment. This role generates new business through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement, evaluates and approves lending decisions, oversees collections efforts, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The Branch Manager also recruits, develops, and leads a high-performing team while maintaining efficient branch operations and strong customer relationships.

Compensation

$50,000, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.   • Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
  • Grow the branch through customer outreach, outbound calling, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
  • Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
  • Manage delinquency and collection efforts tomaintainportfolio performance and minimize losses.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
  • Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Handleescalatedcustomer concerns andmakesound business decisions that support branch success.

Basic Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
  • Ability to obtain required insurance licensing
  • Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits, without relying on non-employees for transportation.
  • At least oneyearof management experience or successful completion of management training program

Preferred Backgrounds

Experience leading a team, growing a customer portfolio, managing delinquency, making lending or credit decisions, generatingnewbusiness, and achieving sales and profitability goals in consumerfinance, banking,retail banking,lending,credit,insurance, tax preparation, or similar financial services environments preferred.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Office based role with standard lighting and noise levels
  • Regular in-person attendance during scheduled work hours is essential; occasional extended hours or weekend work may berequiredbased on business needs
  • Combination of stationary work and regular movement throughout the office, including occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, and similar activities
