- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining areas while supporting the wait staff and kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly to ensure efficient turnover and cleanliness.
- Supporting servers by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining areas and assisting with any additional requests from guests.
- Ensuring all necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments are stocked and readily available for guests and staff.
- Performing regular cleaning tasks in the dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
- Helping kitchen staff with tasks such as running food orders, organizing dishware, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- At the end of every closing shift secure all items and storage areas.
- Complete closing duties.
- Prepare daily purchasing list to maintain a healthy inventory level as directed by the manager.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor; and complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
