The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment.
La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with history dating back to 1958. Epitomizing the fun "Latino Chic" lifestyle, offering stylish amenities and a hot nightlife to all guests. We aim to create experiences and inspire journeys not only for our guests, but also our workforce. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining areas while supporting the wait staff and kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Clearing and resetting tables promptly to ensure efficient turnover and cleanliness.
  • Supporting servers by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining areas and assisting with any additional requests from guests.
  • Ensuring all necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments are stocked and readily available for guests and staff.
  • Performing regular cleaning tasks in the dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Helping kitchen staff with tasks such as running food orders, organizing dishware, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
  • At the end of every closing shift secure all items and storage areas.
  • Complete closing duties.
  • Prepare daily purchasing list to maintain a healthy inventory level as directed by the manager.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor; and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
