COMMUNITY ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY:
Park7 Management has an exciting opportunity for a Community Assistant to join our team in Bloomington, Indiana! As a Community Assistant, you'll build relationships with potential residents and showcase why our property is the perfect place to call home. This role is ideal for someone outgoing, confident, and self-motivated to lease our modern, fully furnished apartments. As the face of Park7 and the first point of contact for prospective residents, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a vibrant, welcoming community. COMMUNITY ASSISTANT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Resident Engagement: Greet residents, prospective residents, and vendors, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Leasing & Marketing Support: Show apartments to potential residents, guide them through the application process, and assist in achieving occupancy goals.
  • Property Management: Support the Property Manager in maximizing rental income, minimizing expenses, and maintaining high resident satisfaction.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare move-in/move-out paperwork, log and track work orders, manage resident files, and handle general office tasks.
  • Rent Collection: Assist in collecting rent payments under the supervision of the Property Manager.
  • Resident Events & Communications: Help organize social events and distribute resident notices or newsletters to foster community connections.
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the model units, common areas, and grounds to maintain our property's appeal.
  • Reliable Shift Coverage: Arrive on time for each shift and follow our policy for shift changes to ensure consistent support for our residents.
  • Additional Duties: Step in to assist the Property Manager when needed and perform other tasks as assigned.
