Job description

Lot Attendant / Property Processing Specialist


Collateral Recovery Team is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team in a critical support role within our recovery operations. This position plays a key part in ensuring recovered vehicles, personal property, and lot operations are handled accurately, professionally, and in compliance per company procedures. No prior experience is required — We will train the right candidate.


This is a hands-on role that includes both outdoor physical work and indoor administrative tasks using a mobile app and computer system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove personal property from recovered vehicles in a careful and professional manner
  • Properly bag, tag, document, and store all personal property according to company procedures
  • Photograph recovered vehicles and complete condition reports using a company-provided app
  • Organize and maintain inventory of vehicles within the lot
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy of vehicle and property records
  • Assist with moving vehicles to designated storage or redemption areas
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the lot and storage areas
  • Follow detailed instructions and comply with all company policies and procedures

Work Environment

  • Combination of outdoor work in various weather conditions and indoor computer-based tasks
  • Use of mobile devices and basic software applications for documentation and reporting

Requirements

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
  • Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle required)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills; must be able to speak with customers respectfully
