DescriptionOperate material handling equipment,(order pickers and/or reach trucks) at elevated heights up to 30 feet, to accurately fulfill customer orders. This role involves safely maneuvering material to a staging area for packing and shipment and requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks for the entire shift.

Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):- Equipment Operations: Safely operate material handling equipment (order picker/reach trucks, etc.) to navigate warehouse aisles and elevate up to heights of 30 feet.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pull, and stage customer orders based on pick tickets.
- Lifting and Maneuvering: Consistently perform tasks involving unassisted lifting of up to 50 lbs. and assisted lifting/maneuvering of up to 75 lbs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict fall protection and safety protocols, including the mandatory use of a safety harness and tether when operating aerial equipment.
- Any other task as assigned by Supervisor or management.

- Coordination: The ability to coordinate body movements, grasp, and manipulate objects quickly and precisely.
- Movement and Flexibility: The ability to bend, stretch, reach, twist, push, pull, squat, and stoop frequently to reach materials from rack locations and containers.
- Physical Energy and Core Strength: The ability to stand and use core muscles continuously throughout the shift without tiring.
2. Key On-the-Job Requirements:- Vision: Requires the ability to identify, read, and inspect details and objects at close range and at a distance. Monitor surroundings and detect moving objects within a required field of view(up to 60 - 80 degrees), Correctly judge distances and spatial orientation to know where other objects are in relation to you. Adapt to sudden changes in bright lighting or intense glare without a loss of visual clearness.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication and comprehending spoken language.
- Ability to process visual and numerical data quickly: Mathematical & recall skills. Proficiency in basic arithmetic, number accuracy and remembering established procedures. Logical information ordering, category flexibility for grouping items, and effective problem solving.
Physical Demands of Work Environment- Physical Movement: Maintain continuous movement and physical activity, including standing, bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, and walking significant distances across the distribution center to complete tasks.
- Work at Heights: Required to work up to 30 feet in the air while driving material handling equipment, requiring mandatory use of a full-body safety harness and tether at all times.
- Work Shift: 8 to 10 hours per day, depending on operational needs, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as dictated.
- Work Environment: Must be able to perform essential duties in non-climate-controlled environments.

RequiredEquipment Restrictions (OSHA Regulated):Aerial lift/cherry picker operators must not exceed the manufacturer's total weight load limit (operator plus equipment). Operators must meet physical requirements to safely enter, exit, and operate specific lift trucks (stand-up reach truck or cherry picker) within the confined space. This includes keeping clear visibility, comfortable access, and manipulation of all controls, and keeping all body parts inside the compartment, especially at elevated heights.
