Job Summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking experienced EPJ Forklift Operators and Stand-Up Dock Stocker Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates will be responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment, transporting materials, accurately picking and staging orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ/Walkie Rider) or Stand-Up Dock Stocker Forklifts
  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
  • Pick and prepare customer orders using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
  • Build and wrap pallets according to order specifications
  • Verify product counts and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies
  • Transport products to receiving, storage, staging, and shipping areas
  • Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and report maintenance concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies, GMP guidelines, and OSHA regulations

Position Requirements

  • Previous experience operating EPJ and/or Stand-Up Dock Stocker Forklifts (Certification preferred)
  • Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required

Dress Code & PPE

  • Follow GMP Guidelines
  • Warehouse is non-climate-controlled
  • Steel-toe boots are required
  • PPE Required:
