Case Picker – Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Location: Redlands, CA 92374 Job Type: W2 Temp-to-Hire (High potential for extension and permanent hire) Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Job Overview We are hiring experienced Case Pickers for a warehouse operation in Redlands, CA. This role focuses heavily on electric pallet jack operation, case picking, and RF scanner use in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates must have recent and consistent EPJ experience and be comfortable working in a metrics-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) to pick and transport product throughout the warehouse Accurately pick cases using pick tickets, labels, and handheld RF scanners Move materials, parts, and finished goods using warehouse equipment Load, unload, stage, and organize inventory Follow standard operating procedures and warehouse safety guidelines Maintain productivity and accuracy standards Perform basic warehouse documentation and inventory tracking tasks Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete daily operations Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience Strong and accurate case picking experience Experience reading pick tickets and labels Experience using handheld scanners or RF devices Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic math and computer skills Comfortable working in a metrics-driven warehouse environment Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly Must wear safety shoes Education High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in the following roles are encouraged to apply: Case Picker Order Picker Warehouse Associate Material Handler EPJ Operator Shipping & Receiving Associate Forklift Operator Distribution Associate Warehouse Production Worker Work Environment Warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels Hot during summer months (no AC) Cold during winter months (limited heating) Exposure to moving machinery, vibration, and warehouse traffic Frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift Equipment Used Electric Pallet Jacks Forklifts Handheld RF Scanners Conveyors Handcarts Power Trucks .
