Step into a pivotal leadership role at CP Skin Health as our Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest Region (AZ, NM, NV, UT, CO, and WA). In this dynamic position, you will drive strategic sales initiatives to maximize market penetration while championing a high-performing team of ten Business Development Representatives. Your mission: to consistently exceed revenue objectives and elevate the prestige of our premier skincare brands, PCA Skin and EltaMD.

Location Note: The ideal candidate will reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Drive Strategy: Spearhead regional sales initiatives by developing comprehensive action plans and setting quotas aligned with broader corporate objectives.

  • Advise Executives: Present regional sales forecasts, emerging market trends, and strategic recommendations directly to executive management.

  • Innovate: Translate market trends into actionable, positive sales outcomes through agile and proactive planning.

  • Optimize: Identify opportunities for sales system improvements and successfully manage the implementation of those changes to drive efficiency.

Team Development & Management

  • Build the Team: Hire, train, and empower a top-tier team of Business Development Representatives to foster regional and territory growth.

  • Coach & Mentor: Cultivate a robust support structure for your BDR team through regular 1:1 coaching, quarterly ride-alongs, regional alignment calls, and impactful in-person meetings.

  • Problem Solve: Address and resolve team and customer escalations swiftly with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Relationship & Financial Management

  • Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-performing accounts, collaborating with the Key Account team to execute regional strategies.

  • Drive Revenue: Meet regional financial objectives by accurately forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, managing expenditures, and proactively addressing variances.

  • Elevate Standards: Champion quality and customer service standards across the region while identifying and capitalizing on new customer opportunities.

  • Analyze Performance: Articulate sales outcomes seamlessly, balancing rigorous quantitative metrics with qualitative insights.

Required qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Experience: 5+ years of contemporary sales industry experience. A background in the aesthetics, medical device, or dental industries is highly preferred.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and mentoring field-based sales professionals Demonstrated ability to structure a sales organization and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in leveraging CRM platforms (for example, Salesforce) and tracking sales data; technical proficiency in the Google suite of tools, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools, with the ability to efficiently distill complex data and market intelligence into actionable sales models

  • Travel: Must reside in close proximity to a major domestic airport and travel in the field with the sales reps 75% of the time

Preferred qualifications:

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Presentation: Comfortable and compelling as a public speaker, backed by a strong working knowledge of medical terminology


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
