Paid training, reviews given every 90 days, 4 -10 hour work days Monday through Thursday and 1/2 days on Friday as needed, raise guaranteed after training successfully completed. Train on 1st shift then move to 2nd shift for the duration of the job. The training program is set up similar to an apprenticeship program with classroom activities and hands-on training and mentoring by highly experienced trainers and operators.
