About the Role
As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the smooth movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This is a key role focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term supply chain strategy.
What You'll Do
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and distribution
  • Oversee warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners
  • Ensure on-time delivery and high service levels for customers and retail partners
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams
  • Support seasonal demand planning and product launches

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong experience with 3PLs, transportation, and warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
