Position Overview:

This role is an entry point into professional insurance sales and client development.

As an Appointment Setter, youll focus on outbound calling using leads provided by the agency. Your goal is not to hard sell, but to introduce our agency professionally, ask the right questions, and set quality appointments for licensed agents.

For the right person, this role can become the foundation for broader responsibility within the agency.

-Introduce Steele Insurance Agency clearly and professionally

-Ask basic qualifying questions and identify interest

-Schedule appointments or warm transfers for licensed sales agents

-Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement

-Accurately document calls and outcomes in our CRM

-Work toward daily and weekly activity and quality goals

Youll be supported with training, scripting guidance, and clear expectations while developing confidence and consistency through real experience.
