Position Overview
The Guest Services Specialist plays a critical role in driving membership growth, Gross Training Sales (GTS), and a premium guest experience at Midwest Shooting Center. This position is responsible for conducting Sample Sessions, converting prospects into training agreements and memberships, coaching team members on the sales process, and helping the location consistently achieve sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Personally conduct Sample Sessions and convert them into training agreements and memberships.
  • Execute membership appointments and close new membership sales.
  • Coach location team members on the membership and premium service sales process.
  • Work with sales specialists and team members to manage schedules effectively, support floor efforts, and add new clients and members.
  • Ensure fast, professional follow-up on leads, inquiries, and prospective members.
  • Track, report, and improve key sales metrics, including new memberships, training agreements, and conversion rates.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings to review performance, coach priorities, and align on sales goals.
  • Partner with department managers to align strategies, resources, and guest experience standards.
  • Represent Midwest Shooting Center with professionalism, hospitality, and a customer-first attitude.

  • High conversion from Sample Sessions into Gross Training Sales (GTS).
  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of sales and service targets.
  • Guests become long-term members and training clients through excellent first impressions and follow-up.
