Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor COL


Are you a results-driven retail leader with a passion for sales, technology, and customer service? We are seeking a Retail Sales & Merchandising Supervisor to lead a team, drive sales performance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead and coach associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.

  • Oversee merchandising, promotional displays, freight flow, and inventory.

  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development.

  • Ensure company standards for sales, merchandising, and operations are met.

  • Lead opening and closing procedures and serve as manager-in-charge when needed.

  • Support loss prevention and physical inventory activities.


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience in a lead or supervisory role.

  • Experience achieving sales and customer service goals.
