We offer a competitive salary for this role, with an expected range of $102,900-$130,300. The final offer will depend on your experience, skills, and overall qualifications. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Workforce Management (WFM) System Administrator to manage and support our Infor Workforce Management timekeeping environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely time and attendance data, seamless integrations with connected systems, and effective support for our Payroll team's weekly processing activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and experience with reporting and analytics using SQL and IBM Cognos.

Operating under the BIW Business Operating System (BOS), the WFM System Administrator ensures compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards while coordinating with other key stakeholders to meet overall milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) application, including configuration, maintenance, user management, and issue resolution.

Project Execution:

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with connected systems, including:
    • Factory Track for shop floor labor tracking
    • CCURE for time-clock, badge, and ingress/egress transaction data

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, HR, and Payroll to support system enhancements, process improvements, and policy updates.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using SQL and IBM Cognos within the WFM environment.
  • Manage work performed by Infor subcontractors.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

  • Support the Payroll team in their weekly timekeeping and pay cycle processes, ensuring data accuracy and resolving time-card or system discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits of timekeeping data, system configurations, and user access to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Assist in testing system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide training and support to end users and department stakeholders.
  • Document system processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
Required/Preferred Education/Training

Required:

  • Experience administering a timekeeping or workforce management system (Infor WFM preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with IBM Cognos or similar reporting/BI tools.
  • Ability to work closely with Payroll teams and understand timekeeping/pay policies.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, and transactional data validation.
Required/Preferred Experience

Required:

  • 5-10 years of experience developing for and/or managing timekeeping, workforce management, payroll, HCM or other HR Information Systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Infor Factory Track or similar shop floor data systems.
  • Experience with CCURE or other physical access control/time-clock platforms.
  • Knowledge of workforce processes in manufacturing or industrial environments.
