Job description

Salesforce / nCino Senior Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Salesforce and nCino professionals to join our growing team and help deliver innovative lending solutions for enterprise banking and financial services clients. In this role, you will design, develop, configure, integrate, and support business-critical applications built on the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that drive business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Phoenix - AZ or Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
• Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
• Perform Salesforce configuration activities including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security setup.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce where applicable.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities across integrated systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and user interface enhancements to improve business productivity and user experience.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
• Support CI/CD deployment activities, release management, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root cause analysis and resolution.
Required Qualifications
• Extensive Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Lightning Development, and Integrations.
• Experience working with the nCino platform and lending solutions.
• Experience in Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services environments is preferred.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary range for this role is $83,000 - $145,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
