The Espresso Machine Sales Consultant at Whole Latte Love is a dynamic role that blends sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of purchasing, owning, and operating a home espresso machine. This position requires a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and live one-on-one video demonstrations
  • Provide expert advice and support on purchasing, using, and maintaining home espresso machines and other coffee-related products

Sales:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer’s coffee experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up communications and support
  • Conduct live video demonstrations to showcase product features and usage techniques
  • Create an engaging and informative experience for customers during video sessions

Product Knowledge:

  • Become a coffee expert with comprehensive knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, coffee makers, and other brewing devices and accessories
