The role of the Water & Coffee Sales Consultant will be focused on building strong relationships with new and existing customers to demonstrate that A&B can offer the best solutions for every business need. Base Salary + Generous Commission. Our top sales reps average $150,000 in base and commission.

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

The following job responsibilities are intended to reflect the major responsibilities of the Sales Consultant in our Water and Coffee division, but do not describe the minor duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. Incumbent will be required to satisfactorily perform all essential functions of the job.

  • Directly responsible for developing new and existing customers
  • Provide recommendations to current and new clients regarding services A&B can provide
  • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
  • Conduct customer business reviews and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company
  • Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events
  • Develop effective business plan for assigned geographic territory
  • Track activity and manage time - utilize CRM
  • Participate as a “team player” by providing constant support to others and be able to work as an independent self-starter creating new business opportunities
  • Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others
  • Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
